What happens after I sign up?
Once you purchase your package, you will receive an order confirmation with instructions on your next steps.  For most packages, next steps will include: completing an initial business intake form, completing an application for business credit,  and signing up to gain access to my exclusive Build + Grow Facebook group.

How soon before my listings are up & running?
After you complete your business information form and upload any images or videos you'd like to include, your listings should be up & running within 72 hours.

What if I need to make changes to my profile?
You will receive access to a personalized dashboard that will allow you to update your information and make changes at any time.

How do Reviews work?
With the Advanced + VIP Package, we provide you with a custom dashboard and portal where you can launch as many promotions and review campaigns as you'd like.  You also get access to tracking and analytics on how your promotions & review campaigns are performing.

Can I respond to Reviews?
With the Advanced and VIP packages, you will have access to respond to reviews from any site through your client portal. 

reviews on the actual site that they are posted. All packages will receive notifications when they receive a new review.

How does the Commercial Credit line work?
I partner with CreditSafe and Equifax Small Business to provide trade data on my clients' credit limits & on-time payments.  Since you are now one of my clients, I report your monthly payments and a minimum $1000 credit line to both of these bureaus, helping to build your business credit and make other lenders more willing to grant credit to your business.

Are there any contracts, what about cancellation?
There are no contracts or cancellation fees.  You can absolutely cancel anytime. One thing to note is that we do not prorate charges, if you want to cancel your service, you will need to provide us notice at least 3 days before your monthly program charge.
